S Permanent Packer

The S Permanent Packer is one of the most reliable and versatile high performance permanent packers available. Most sizes of this packer are suitable for applications where the differential pressures may reach 15,000 PSI dependent upon packer size.

The S Packer is designed to be run and set on wireline using an E-4 Setting Assembly, however, it may also be run and set hydraulically on tubing using a B Setting Tool.

The bottom guide ring on this packer may be removed easily to allow direct connection of Tubing Adapters, Expendable Plugs, Mill-Out Subs etc.

The S Packers are designed for fast running and superior reliability during and after setting. Metal back up rings provide solid 360O contact with the casing to prevent extrusion of the element at high temperatures and pressures. One piece slips virtually eliminate any danger of premature setting when used on wireline or tubing.

The S Packer is made of materials in accordance with NACE specification MR-01-75 for H2S service and can be supplied for service in virtually any existing well environment.

Several elastomer options on the S Packer can meet virtually any temperature or environment requirements.
